It was a beautiful crisp day for Caroline & Ty’s photo shoot. Ty is a 16 month old Fresian x Appaloosa and a lovely cheeky chap he is as well. I dont photograph many young horses so it was a refreshing change and made me get more creative. Caroline took me into the field and said this is all we’ve got to use, its not really inspiring is it? I love the fact it had a huge fallen tree in the middle, water at the bottom of the field and fantastic light coming through the bare trees – pretty perfect for me 🙂 I used some “moody” colours in Photoshop to create some atmosphere – in fact the editing style is quite different to my usual vibrant colours – but I think it worked for this shoot. I wish Caroline well with Ty and Ill look forward to seeing him blossoming into a great horse.
