I was shocked to receive a call all the way from Texas, USA to ask me to do a photo shoot for two horses, Damsel and Foetsy, who are stabled here whilst their owner studies in the U.S. It was being organised as a birthday pressie for Rachel. On the day of the shoot, I woke to sunshine and made the call to turn up on that day – this is because we had had to postpone twice due to rain. The horses are in full livery on a show jump yard and it was a real pleasure to get some in hand shots of them. The parents loved the images and bought several wall products for their daughter – I am certain she will be very happy on her birthday when she unwraps them.
