Helen is a fellow photographer (and owner of a veteran horse like me) and booked me to travel down to where she stables her horse in Kent to take some pictures of Polly. Helen had booked a local make up artist as she wanted the images to look perfect and she had chosen a selection of outfits for the experience, which we had discussed before I arrived. Polly was very sprightly for her 28 years, which made for a fun day with lots of laughter. We began with some in hand shots then a few ridden ones before the rain started to fall. The last outfit Helen wore was her show gear. We had a lovely day with many laughs.
